TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We at Clyor want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.clyor.com. If you try any of our Clyor products and you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price. We will refund your actual purchase price (excluding taxes and our shipping cost). Initial shipping costs are not reimbursed and customer must pay for returning the product. We will refund up to a maximum of 1 carton purchased of each Clyor product (including Voice37, Seasonal37, and Throat37).

• Refunds only apply to the first purchase of each product.
• Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeated patterns indicative of abuse.
• Returns are only for items purchased through www.clyor.com.
• Exchanges are not available online.
• Product must have been purchased within 30 days.

To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:

1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
2. Enclose the original packaging slip in the box.
3. Mail your return package to the following address:

4. Keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is delivered.
5. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with all pertinent information for us to process your return:
   a) Your name and information that you entered when you placed your order
   b) Your order number
   c) Reason for return
6. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
